Terms of Service
These terms describe how VPS Finder may be used and how responsibility is separated between VPS Finder, IPSLBAS LIMITED, providers and users.
Operator and ownership
VPS Finder is operated by IPSLBAS LIMITED. All rights to VPS Finder, the website, product, brand assets, software, database structure, interface and related materials belong to IPSLBAS LIMITED unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Marketplace role
VPS Finder is an informational catalog and discovery platform for VPS, VDS, dedicated server, GPU server and hosting offers. We are not the hosting provider, seller, registrar, payment processor or technical operator of third-party offers listed by providers.
Provider responsibility
Hosting companies and providers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, delivery and support of the offers they publish. Providers must have the right to represent their company, domain and services on VPS Finder.
User responsibility
Your activity on the internet is your own responsibility. You are responsible for checking providers, offers, terms, abuse policies, payment terms, refund rules and the legality of your own actions before ordering or using any service.
No scam liability
VPS Finder does not guarantee that a provider, offer or external website will be safe, honest, available or suitable for your needs. If a user is scammed, loses funds, receives poor service or has a dispute with a third-party provider, VPS Finder and IPSLBAS LIMITED are not responsible for that third-party conduct. We only provide a promotion, listing, search and comparison platform.
No warranty
The website is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, permanent availability of listings, search rankings, imported tariff data, coupons or external links.
Moderation
We may approve, reject, hide, suspend or remove providers, domains, plans, coupons and content when we believe it is inaccurate, abusive, illegal, unsafe, misleading or harmful to the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product, rules or legal requirements change. Continued use of VPS Finder after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
